The earliest records of these therapeutic waters date to the 1820s, when local residents utilized the Auliebulak ("Holy Spring") spring for health purposes. Today, "Zhosaly" Sanatorium continues the traditions of natural wellness, offering guests the opportunity to restore their health using unique mineral waters and natural factors. The Zhosaly springs are known for their high iron content. The sanatorium specializes in course-based medical treatments and wellness vacations. Treatment directions include respiratory system disorders, digestive system conditions, peripheral nervous system issues, as well as certain gynecological conditions and iron-deficiency states.
Accommodation options include various categories: standard rooms, upgraded standard rooms, junior suites (semi-deluxe), suites (deluxe), the "General's Dacha", and summer cabins. Medical and wellness services, meals, and Wi-Fi are also provided on-site.

How to Get There:
From Karaganda, drive along the Karaganda–Karkaralinsk highway. At approximately the 138th kilometer, turn onto the gravel road. Proceed about 25 km further to the sanatorium. A directional sign for "Zhosaly" is installed at the turn; an emergency response (EMERCOM / ЧС) post is located nearby.

Free on-site parking is provided for residents. Additionally, the sanatorium operates a transport service from Karaganda to "Zhosaly" for 4,000 ₸ one-way. Departures run on Tuesdays and Fridays.
