Derby Village Country Club is located in the village of Kokpekty, Bukhar-Zhyrau District, Karaganda Region, approximately 20 km from Karaganda. There are 9 cottages of various capacities available for accommodation. The cottages include a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with a barbecue area, a fireplace, bed linen, towels, bath amenities, and cable TV. Check-in/check-out time for cottages with sleeping accommodation is from 14:00 to 12:00 the following day.

Cottages are available for 4, 6, 8/10, and 15 guests. Some options are equipped with a sauna. For the 4-person cottage with a sauna, three hours of sauna use are included in the price. For the 8/10-person cottage, the sauna is charged separately. A bathing tub is also available.

The premises feature a restaurant, gazebos, billiards, and karaoke. The restaurant serves European cuisine. Several halls and a banquet tent are available for events. According to the published information, the restaurant has halls for up to 35 and 50 guests, VIP halls for 12 and 20 guests, while the banquet tent can accommodate up to 120 guests.

For outdoor recreation, there are gazebos with barbecue areas and spaces for installing a kazan. The gazebos are equipped with washbasins with water and firewood for lighting. The capacity of the gazebos depends on the specific option.

Active recreation facilities include a tennis court, football and volleyball fields, a gym, and a children's playground. During the warm season, bicycles and outdoor swimming pools are available. The complex also has a mini-zoo.

In winter, the complex is also used for active recreation, with an ice rink, ice slides, and a ski track, as well as seasonal equipment rental, including tubing rings and ice skates.

For relaxation and recovery, guests can use a wood-fired sauna, a sauna, and a bathing tub. The grounds are landscaped and surrounded by greenery, creating conditions for a peaceful countryside getaway.
