A one-day "Zhoryq" information tour was held in the Karaganda Region to showcase the region's tourism potential, support the development of equestrian tourism, and promote its unique natural and cultural attractions. The tour brought together journalists, bloggers, tour operators, guides, representatives of equestrian clubs, and tourism professionals. During the program, participants explored scenic locations on horseback, visited tourist attractions, and discovered the region's remarkable natural landscapes. They also gained a deeper understanding of Kazakhstan's equestrian traditions and the rich heritage of its nomadic culture. Particular attention was given to the development of ethnographic, eco-, and active tourism. Participants had the opportunity to experience the region's tourism potential firsthand while producing photo and video content highlighting the Karaganda Region's landscapes, travel routes, and recreational opportunities. These materials will help promote the region and inspire more travelers to discover its unique destinations. The "Zhoryq" project also served as a valuable platform for tourism professionals to exchange experience, strengthen cooperation, and promote domestic travel routes. Initiatives like this contribute to building a positive image of the Karaganda Region, increasing interest among travelers, and supporting the sustainable development of the tourism industry. The project once again demonstrated that the Karaganda Region offers excellent opportunities for the development of equestrian, ecological, and ethnographic tourism. With its breathtaking landscapes, rich cultural traditions, and diverse travel experiences, the region continues to establish itself as an attractive destination for visitors from Kazakhstan and abroad.
