The audit was attended by representatives of the Tourism Department of the Karaganda Region, the Atameken Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the Visit Karaganda Tourist Information Center, and the Association for the Promotion of Private Entrepreneurship. It is worth noting that the Senator Hotel Complex has previously been awarded the Quality Mark. As the certificate is valid for three years, the property is currently undergoing the re-certification process to confirm its continued compliance with high standards of service quality and hospitality. The Quality Mark program is designed to improve the quality of tourism services and promote high service standards across tourism facilities in Kazakhstan.
