On June 10, the city of Balkhash hosted a training seminar for HoReCa professionals focused on improving service quality and strengthening the culture of hospitality. The seminar featured Akbota Dauren, Chief Manager of the Tourism Product Development Department at Kazakh Tourism National Company, and Aidar Koishybayev, Cluster General Manager of Wyndham Garden Astana and Ramada by Wyndham Astana, who brings extensive international experience in the hospitality industry. The speakers shared their practical expertise and professional insights with participants. The event was organized in Balkhash to allow local business owners and employees to attend the training without interrupting their work during the peak tourist season. Nearly 100 participants attended the seminar, including managers and employees of hotels, recreation facilities, cafés, and other food service establishments. The seminar focused on improving service quality, implementing hospitality standards, and enhancing customer service culture. Participants also analyzed real-life case studies and discussed practical solutions to common challenges faced in the hospitality industry.
