An AI-powered virtual consultant for tourists has been launched in the Karaganda Region

The Visit Karaganda Tourist Information Center has introduced a new digital tool: an AI-powered virtual consultant integrated into WhatsApp at +7 700 219 0890. This project was launched as part of an initiative to expand digital solutions and enhance the quality of tourism services in the region. The chatbot provides 24/7 information support on a wide range of topics related to tourism in the Karaganda region, including landmarks, natural and cultural sites, transportation, accommodation, gastronomy, and much more. A key advantage of the AI consultant is its multilingual support, making it accessible not only to Kazakhstani tourists but also to international guests, tour operators, travel agencies, and potential investors.
